I.KLOUKINAS-I.LAPPAS SA announces the results for the period 01.01-31.03.09:
 

The Group’s turnover amounted to 16.756 thousand euro over 14.933 thousand euro, an increase of 12,21 % over the first trimester of 2008.

The Group’s profits pre-taxes amounted to 3.109 thousand euro over 2.342 thousand euro, an increase of 32,74 % over the first trimester of 2008.

The profits after taxes and rights of minority amounted to 2.167 thousand euro , over 1.794 thousand euro, an increase of 20,77% over the first trimester of 2008.

The Group’s operating profits before taxes interest and depreciation ( EBITDA ) amounted to 3.917 thousand euro over 3.090 thousand euro, an increase of 26,76 %, over the first trimester of 2008.

The sales and the profits of the parent company for the first trimester 2008 included also the results of the construction sector whereas for this period, due to the spin off process and its contribution to a subsidiary company, the results of the construction sector are included in the group’s accounts. In order for the results to be comparable sales and profits of the parent company are as follows:

The company’s turnover amounted to 9.260 thousand euro over 7.177 thousand euro, an increase of 29,04 % over the first trimester of 2008.

The company’s profits pre-taxes amounted to 1.647 thousand euro over 1.450 thousand euro, an increase of 13,57 % over the first trimester of 2008.
